After four years of pouring her youth, savings, and devotion into her young boyfriend John, 40-year-old caregiver Ayla is cruelly betrayed and humiliated on his graduation day. Left penniless and jobless, she takes a high-paying position caring for Noah, a bad-tempered young billionaire temporarily confined to a wheelchair. Though Noah initially torments her with insults and hostility, he gradually reveals a fiercely protective nature—standing up for Ayla against John's threats, his mother's opposition, and the schemes of jealous socialites. When John tries to blackmail her with an intimate video, when Noah's mother offers hush money, and when kidnappers put both their lives at risk, Noah never wavers in his devotion. Despite the chasm of age and status between them, Noah's unwavering sincerity finally breaks through Ayla's walls, proving that real love isn't about youth or wealth—it's about choosing each other, again and again.
